The project, with a total investment of 600 million yuan, is located in Xialin Village (light industry base), Dongping Town, Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, with a total land area of ??69,480m2 and a construction area of ??about 108,830m2.

After the project is completed, the total production capacity includes 45,000 tons of fully degradable blended modified materials and 45,000 tons of degradable blended modified materials. The products include blister, injection molding, straws, packaging bags and other degradable products.
