Description：
NT CAT PC-77catalyst is a tertiary amine that provides a balanced influence on the urethane (polyol-isocyanate) and urea (isocyanate-water) reactions in a variety of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. It can provide improved cell openness in flexible foams and reduced friability in rigid foams.

Applications：
NT CAT PC-77catalyst is recommanded for a broad range of polyurethane foams. Major applications are automotive seating and headrests, polyether slabstock and rigid foams. In flexible molded foam applications, NT CAT PC-77catalyst can reduce defects and produce a softer, more open-celled foam compared to traditional systems, particularly in cold-cure systems. NT CAT PC-77catalyst can reduce friability and improve surface adhesion in a wide range of rigid foam applications, including spray, appliance and pour-in-place systems.

Storage Information：
NEWTOP Chemical recommends that our catalysts be stored in a dry and cool area under appropriate ventilation conditions. Each container should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences that could change the products’ performance in the end use. The optimum storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30°C. Lower and higher storage temperatures are not preferable and should be avoided.
