Dabco B-16 is an amine catalyst commonly used to improve the skin curing of a variety of flexible and rigid foams, and can be used with Dabco NCM in die-cut polyurethane flexible block foams;
Dabco B-16 can be used in polyurethane integral skin foams, microcellular foams, spray foams and polyurethane die cut flexible foams.
Dabco B-16 Catalyst is a polyurethane tertiary amine that can be used in conjunction with Dabco NCM in cuttable flexible block foams for polyurethane systems.
Dabco B-16 Catalyst is commonly used as an amine catalyst to improve the skin cure of a variety of flexible and rigid foams, as well as in polyurethane integral skin foams and microcellular elastomer systems.

Suggested Usage.
Dabco B16 Catalyst is used in flexible polyurethane foams such as furniture and home furnishing foam, automotive upholstery foam; and rigid foam applications such as polyurethane insulated tubes, polyurethane insulated panels, polyurethane waterproofing coatings, and polyurethane sealants;
Dabco B16 catalyst improves surface curing and appearance and reduces crusting.

Storage and Transportation:

Packaging:
200KG/drum Storage: it is recommended to store in dry and cool area with proper ventilation. Please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible after the original packaging to prevent the mixing of other substances such as moisture and other substances that may affect the product performance. Store in a cool and dry place, keep the container sealed and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes.
