in polyurethane foam systems for cold curing high resilience sponges, dabco mp602 delayed catalyst is recommended at a usage level of 0.10-0.40 pphp. for performance, dabco mp602 delayed catalyst should be used in combination with dabco mp601 delayed catalyst. if required to meet oem emissions testing, we recommend the use of dabco ne1070, dabco ne300 and dabco mp602 delay catalyst.

dabco mp602 provides good skin curing and rapid mold release for improved productivity;

dabco mp602 can be used in both cold and heat cured flexible molded polyurethane foam systems;

the recommended dosage of dabco mp602 is 0.1-0.4 pphp (per 100 parts of polyol), and dabco mp602 can be used in conjunction with dabco mp601 for better product performance.
