Covestro declares that the product is stored in full compliance with the Where required and properly handled, the product complies with the specifications or characteristic values ??stated in the above clause “Specifications or characteristic values” (as applicable) within 9 months from the date of shipment stated on the transport document.
The fact that a product exceeds the above 9-month period does not mean that it no longer conforms to the stated values ??in the specifications or characteristic values. However, Covestro recommends that products older than 9 months from the date of shipment be tested before use to confirm whether they still comply with the values ??set forth in the specifications or characteristic values. Covestro makes no promises and accepts no responsibility or liability for non-conformity to specifications or characteristic values ??for products beyond 9 months from the date of shipment.
Security
Product data sheets should only be used in conjunction with their corresponding, most current safety data sheets efficient. Any updates to safety-related information – as required by law – will only be reflected in the Safety Data Sheet, copies of which will be revised and distributed accordingly. Please refer to the currently valid Safety Data Sheet for relevant information, including the latest classification and labelling, applications, handling methods and further safety-related data.
Additional Information
This product is mainly used as a curing agent for coatings and adhesives. Handling of coatings or adhesives containing reactive polyisocyanate and residual monomeric HDI requires appropriate protective measures, see Safety Data Sheet. Therefore, these products may only be used in industrial or commercial applications. They are not suitable for home (DIY) applications.
