polycat sa-102 is a tertiary amine reactive delay catalyst that strongly promotes the reaction of urethanes (polyol-isocyanates) in microcellular foams, rigid foams, integral skin foams, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers under thermal activation;

polycat sa-102 is suitable for use on products that require a certain delay at the beginning and then cook quickly, polycat sa-102 will not participate in the reaction at the beginning, the heat released from the urethane reaction or urethane reaction will cause polycat sa-102 to quickly unseal, and the unsealed substance will quickly catalyze the urethane reaction, resulting in a fast curing of the product;
